So, the easiest way to do this is to appreciate all the positive things in your life.
As you focus on the positive, more positive things will come to you.
Another way of putting this is to count your blessings. I guarantee that there are more blessings in your life than you thought.
As you read this, you are blessed. You have the vision to see this post. You have a computer that you are using to read this blog. You have fingers to type! You have an amazing brain that transmits the thought to your fingers to type faster than you realize! Amazing, isn't it??
And it goes on and on...think about it! And count!

My Thoughts

I am challenging myself to become a complaint free person.
I read the book "A Complaint Free World" by Will Bowen a few weeks ago (purchased at his site) and started wearing the purple bracelet (5 of which) that came with the book.
It is interesting to see how many negative statements (as well as thoughts) come out of my mouth every day.
The book states that complaints range from: obvious complaints to negative statements, to gossip, to griping. Anything that is felt as negative is a complaint.....even cynical observations (which I am famous for....ask my eldest sister.)
SO...I am trying.....NO! I WILL become a complaint free person. It may take a while, but I WILL do it.
The author states the challenge is to be complaint free for 30 days in a row in order for your mind/mouth to be successful. He also states it can take months to be successful. So, I don't feel so bad that's it's been a few weeks since I started.
Wish me luck....better yet.....join me!!!
